Ms. Noopur Sironjkar

Noopur Sironjkar is the Lead Consultant at Momentum. With an MBA in Human Resources from Wigan and Leigh (U.K. University) and a Bachelor of Foreign Trade from Pune University, she brings a strong educational foundation to her role. Noopur has 10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. She currently leads the HR Consulting vertical in Nashik and supports small and mid-sized organizations in setting up their HR function. Noopur along with a team of 5 consultants works on establishing HR policies and processes, implementing HR best practices, HR MIS and dashboard designing, employee surveys etc. Her expertise also extends to developing a customized performance management system for the client, helping them identify the employee value propositions, and conducting HR assessments and audits. 

She has designed an innovative Employee Report Card mechanism within the performance management system, providing a structured and insightful approach to employee development. She plays a vital role in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for cultural fit, ensuring alignment with the organization’s values and work environment. This expertise also benefits Noopur in her role as a panelist for assessment and development centres conducted by Momentum across various clients. Known for her strategic thinking and client-centric approach, she excels in delivering tailored, impactful solutions that drive organizational growth.
