Ms. Apoorva Joshi

Ms. Apoorva Joshi has completed her post-graduation in Business Development from L.N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research in 2014. She completed her graduation from Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai in 2010.

She has been working as a Human Resources professional for the last 10 years in the BFSI sector. During her 10 years of tenure, she has worked in multiple areas of HR like Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HR business partner, Talent Development & Research & Learning & Development.

She has worked with companies like ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Reliance Health Insurance and Axis Bank. Apoorva is a very lively and a passionate trainer & facilitator. She has been working with Momentum for the last 3 years.

She enjoys challenging herself with a variety of projects bringing in unique tools of learning in her training & facilitation. She is passionate about data and how it can be used to make informed & effective decisions. She specializes in the area of data management & data analysis and strives to enable employees to utilize technology to the fullest capacity to get maximum output from the new technological advancements. She is an expert professional in the area of data analysis using tools like MS Excel & Power BI. She has trained over more than 300 professionals in MS Excel leading to improved personal productivity. She is currently working on the concept of how we “extend the learning curve” post training and capturing the training effectiveness. She also creates the design for the training materials which enhance the learning experience like posters, booklets, participant workbooks, brochures, etc.
